I have always known wildlife the way some people know music. Not as something to be observed, but as something felt in the spirit and something you can see yourself in.

Growing up in New Mexico and now living along the Southern California coast, I spent years admiring the American southwestern terrain and its inhabitants. Across my life, I’ve searched for a way to honor the natural world in a way that offered an authentic contribution.

The breakthrough came through a dream in 2020. I’ve been painting ever since.

My medium is fine detail watercolor; wildlife and marine life rendered with a specificity my collectors describe as deep connection and reverence.
