A focused session designed to create a breakthrough around one or two specific needs. Ideal if you’re curious about hypnosis or have a particular challenge you’d like to address right away. You’ll leave with new insights and tools you can immediately begin applying to your daily life.
*All sessions are 90 minutes, including a 45 minute hypnosis session followed by an integrative debrief.

A flexible series you can use to address different areas of life or go deeper on one focus. If sessions build on the same theme, they must be scheduled at least one week apart to allow integration. All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
