Whether you have experienced hypnosis before or are exploring this evidence based practice for the first time, this journey is designed to help you access the deeper layers of your mind and body where lasting change begins.
Unlike individual sessions or flexible packs, Interoception is a guided five week journey. Each session intentionally builds upon the last, creating a structured process that moves beyond surface level relief and into sustained transformation. Together, we focus on core themes and address the roots rather than the symptoms, ensuring that progress is both tangible and lasting.
Hypnosis is recognized within neuroscience and psychology as a powerful way to reprogram the subconscious mind. In a hypnotic state, the brain becomes more receptive to suggestion, allowing you to interrupt ingrained patterns, regulate the nervous system, and create new pathways that support healthier, more aligned ways of living.
