Interoception

5 Week Hypnosis Journey

A focused journey for resolving patterns your higher mind has outgrown

This journey is for you if:

You feel stuck in patterns you understand intellectually, but can’t seem to shift in real life

You’re exhausted by how much effort it takes to function, cope, or “hold it together”

Your body keeps pushing back through fatigue, anxiety, tension, shutdown, or resistance

You notice yourself defaulting to people-pleasing, over-functioning, or self-silencing despite wanting change

You’ve tried approaches like talk therapy, EFT, mindset work, or self-help tools, but something still isn’t landing

You sense a more confident or capable version of yourself, but don’t know how to access it consistently

You struggle to trust your own signals, timing, or decisions, even when you “know better”

You feel caught between pushing forward and feeling unable to move at all

You’re ready to work with what’s underneath the pattern, not just manage the symptoms

Common focus areas:

Anxiety, depression, and OCD symptoms

Phobias and fears

Stress, burnout, and overwhelm

Relationship patterning

Motivation and performance

Confidence and self-trust

People-pleasing and boundaries

Overthinking, rumination, and mental loops

Emotional numbness or shutdown

Habit and behavior change

What we do together

Over five weeks, we work in a focused, supportive container designed to address a specific pattern, behavior, or internal response that feels difficult to shift on your own. Sessions are structured around your stated objective and move intentionally from awareness into change, using hypnosis as a primary tool for access and integration.

Together, we:

Identify the specific pattern, response, or internal conflict you want to change or strengthen

Use guided hypnosis to interrupt automatic reactions and create new internal pathways

Work with nervous system responses that show up as hesitation, anxiety, shutdown, over-exerting, or self-silencing

Strengthen your ability to recognize and trust internal cues rather than overriding them

Build practical tools for moving through discomfort, pressure, or uncertainty with greater stability

Support behavior change by addressing what drives the pattern beneath conscious effort

Create conditions for responding differently in situations that previously felt charged or limiting

Establish a more reliable sense of internal safety, confidence, and self-direction

Notes on Hypnosis

Hypnosis is central to the Interoception journey. It allows us to work directly with the subconscious patterns that influence behavior, emotional response, and perception, particularly when insight alone hasn’t influenced significant change.

Each session is tailored to your goal and paced to support regulation rather than overwhelm. Hypnosis is used in this journey as a practical, evidence-based method for creating change that feels integrated, usable, and sustainable.

What you’ll walk away with

Through focused work on one or two specific patterns, you’ll begin to experience:

A clearer ability to recognize and respond to internal signals without overriding or second-guessing yourself

Reduced intensity or frequency of the specific stress responses you’re working with

Greater steadiness in situations that previously triggered automatic reactions

Practical tools to regulate your nervous system in real time, particularly around your focus area

Increased confidence in your ability to interrupt old patterns and choose differently

Relief from the constant effort of managing or compensating for the issue you’re addressing

A growing sense of self-trust that supports clearer decisions beyond the original focus

Internal skills that continue to generalize as new situations arise
