When you embark on Interoception, a 5-week hypnosis journey, you and I will begin by identifying the core issues or themes you’d like to focus on. These objectives will guide our work, ensuring each session is tailored to your personal needs and supports your vision for change.
Each week includes a 90-minute session including a 45-minute guided hypnosis followed by an integration debrief, where we discuss what surfaced, process insights, and translate them into practical next steps, making progress tangible and sustainable.
